Typically $10,000 is our minimum, but experience has told us that $50,000 is a good target number because our normal properties are in this range. We have many options to purchase distressed homes and repair them in this cost range. At $30,000 and above you are guaranteed a 1st mortgage on a property. Under $30,000 will result in a second mortgage being issued.

How do you get paid?

We send you a quarterly check of simple interest only.
We can do IRA monies if you would like and we can send monthly checks to retirees that like to get a monthly check.
